Change of mind returns
Atdec offers change of mind returns so that you can shop with confidence. You are welcome to return the product within 60 days, in its original condition, no questions asked. Note that return freight will be at your expense, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Returned products must satisfy the following conditions:
the invoice date is not over 60 days
original product content are complete, undamaged, and in original Atdec packaging
the original packaging is not damaged and is in good order
no shipping labels attached or writing on the shipping box; please use a sturdy outer packaging of heavy duty plastic or cardboard when packing the product for return to Atdec
all packing materials, manuals, fixing hardware, tools, parts and other accessories and documentation that come with your Atdec product must be included in original condition
If all these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to decline the return.
