Returns procedure

This procedure is for returns under warranty and change of mind returns.


Step 1. Complete this form to obtain a return authority number, called an RMA. If this is a change of mind return, please select ‘product no longer required.’ If it is a warranty return claim please include photosgraphs that show the flaw. This will expedite the process. Please do not send products without an RMA as it will cause significant delay in processing the return.


Step 2. Atdec customer service will review the return application, issue an RMA number if approved, and make contact if additional information is required. Once issued the RMA is valid for 20 calendar days and the return must be physically received by Atdec within that period.


Note: Atdec will arrange return shipping labels for accepted warranty returns from our flat rate shipping zones. Flat rate shipping is in Australia, UK, and the 48 contiguous USA states. 


Step 3. Please ensure that the return is adequately packaged for shipping. Please review the change of mind return conditions and adequately package your products. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service when shipping at your expense.

Shipping charges

  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded

  • Atdec will pay for return freight on warranty returns from within Atdec's flat rate shipping zones

  • Other returns, including change of mind returns, will be shipped at your expense

Refund payment:

Please allow 5-7 business days after the product is received by Atdec to receive your refund payment.
