Our shipping policies

The North America Atdec online store ships to United States and Canada. We support online transactions from our Australian and UK stores for domestic delivery in those countries. We ship to other regions via customer service, please contact us to discuss


We offer flat rate shipping for online orders to the 48 contiguous states. Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada have shipping quoted at checkout, to ensure there's no surprises.    


We ship quickly! We typically ship same-day for orders placed in west coast morning. Orders will otherwise ship the following business day. Please note that Atdec will ship your product within the specified timeframe but we have no control over courier services. 

Addresses we won't ship to

We ship to street addresses. You will have to make other arrangements for:


  • PO Boxes
  • APO, FPO, or DPO addresses
  • US territories and possessions 

Tracking your order

You will typically receive an email confirmation including your tracking number within 24 hours. Our logistics partner FedEx does on occassion take up to three days to release the tracking data, in that circumstance you may be able to get more timely information by contacting FedEx directly.

Damaged stock

If the shipping carton of your Atdec product shows obvious and significant damage then you must refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. 

Once your order has been refused, you have notified Atdec of refusal, and the product has been returned to Atdec and assessed, we will issue your refund and you are free to place your order again.

Undeliverable packages

An 'undeliverable' package is one that cannot be delivered to you for any of the following reasons:


  • The recipient's address cannot be located
  • The recipient's place of business is closed
  • The recipient is not at a delivery location on the initial delivery attempt or reattempts where signature is required
  • Please note: We do NOT deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes


If you do not receive your purchase or a contact within the estimated time frame please contact Atdec. Sometimes a second delivery will be attempted by FedEx but otherwise the goods will be returned to Atdec. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable please contact us.
